LONDON and SINGAPORE, 19 August 2026. TickAudit, the real-time field data capture platform built for safety-critical and regulated environments, today announced the opening of its Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore, together with an AI Innovation Centre based in the city.
The expansion extends a platform already proven at programme scale in the United Kingdom. On a tank inspection programme delivered for Scottish Water , TickAudit produced measured client cost savings of $1M+ (USD), eliminated 4,000 reporting hours, and supported delivery in 18 months against a 2.5-year estimate, a full year early. 2,048 tanks were inspected and 2,259 inspection reports were generated automatically, without manual compilation. These are measured outcomes from a single client programme, not projections.
The problem is timing and structure, not effort
Construction, engineering, infrastructure and energy sectors operate under increasing scrutiny from regulators, insurers, investors and public-sector buyers. The challenge is rarely a lack of effort. Asia Pacific: infrastructure, maritime, mining and renewables
The Singapore office is TickAudit’s Asia Pacific headquarters and the base for regional expansion into infrastructure, maritime, mining and renewables. These are sectors where inspection volume is high, regulatory regimes are demanding, and much of the work happens offshore, at height, or in remote conditions where connectivity cannot be assumed. TickAudit works fully offline and synchronises automatically on reconnection.
Data residency is central to the regional proposition. TickAudit runs on regionally owned cloud infrastructure across Europe and Asia Pacific, with client data held in-region under sovereign control and encrypted in transit and at rest. The platform is also deployable inside a client’s own datacentre, including fully air-gapped environments, which allows TickAudit to serve buyers that cloud-native competitors are structurally unable to bid for.

TickAudit AI™ is the name of the company’s artificial intelligence programme and its roadmap. It is not a product announcement. No AI capability is available in the TickAudit platform today, and the company is not claiming one.
The AI Innovation Centre, based in Singapore, is where TickAudit AI will be built. TickAudit’s position is deliberately unfashionable. In safety-critical work, AI is only as trustworthy as the data beneath it, and a confident wrong answer inside a compliance record is not a glitch, it is a liability. Regulators, insurers and auditors do not accept that the model said so.

TickAudit’s data rights position is unchanged and applies to everything built under TickAudit AI. Clients own their records. TickAudit does not sell, share or monetise client operational data. Client records are never used to train models that serve another customer. Anything beyond delivering the service is opt-in only.
