What can I use TickAudit for?

TickAudit can be used for any job or task, from installations and maintenance, to repairs, audits and inspections. If you have a paper form or process, or even just a good idea, you can migrate it to TickAudit and embrace the power of mobile.

With integrated asset management, you can know the who/what/why/when of any task or job.

You can also generate custom reports to understand the state of equipment or defects or any other register type at any time. We make it handy for you.

How many users can I have?

5, 87, 200, 999 … You may have as many users as you require. We have various plans for subscription. Don’t see what you need? Talk to us, we will sort that out for you.

How many mobile devices can be used?

A user account is limited to a single mobile device. You may have as many mobile user accounts as you require for your business.

Do you offer a free trial version?

In order to get the most out of a trial some setup and configuration is required and the quickest most effective way to do this is to engage with us. Depending on complexity of what you wish to trial we charge a small administration fee.

Can I customise my report?

Sure you can. We can develop custom report for your business use. This service allows you to replicate the style, format and content of your existing reports. Don’t need a custom report? That’s alright. We have our standard reports for users who don’t need much customization.

Does TickAudit allow scanning and tapping?

TickAudit supports barcodes, QR codes, RFID tags as well as UHF RFID tags on Android and Apple devices. Assets can be identified by a simple scan or easy tap, which makes your work smooth and fuss-free.

For Apple devices you will need an iPhone 7 or later running iOS 11 or later.

Can I use the TickAudit app without an internet connection?

Real-time synchronisation between mobile application and dashboard is built in. All audits and updates are instantly backed up and stored securely in real-time. If there is no network connection, no problem, just carry on the work and when a network connection becomes available it will synchronise all data automatically. This is perfect for remote work where signal coverage is limited.

What are the system requirements?

The dashboard requires that you use a modern web browser. The mobile application runs on both IOS and Android.
